Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests made after this time will be denied. Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments through PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 3-5 days to arrive.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund.

What happens if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received an incorrect, defective, or missing item. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the items, and all relevant information. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or your cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have questions about when your account will be credited. If you have not yet received your refund, please do the following: Contact your bank or credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund posts to your account.
